I'm Wendy, a literacy consultant and instructional designer passionate about empowering educators. With 14 years of experience in education, including 13 years in special education, Laurie is highly qualified in English and Math. She has also spent 4 years as an instructional coach, with experience in K-12, high school, and middle school settings. Laurie is the Head Coach of Boys Basketball at Green River High School and has coached since 1999. A passionate educator and lifelong learner, Laurie is fascinated by the science of learning and growth mindset. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family, gardening, boating, fishing, and attending sports events. An avid NFL and NBA fan, Laurie follows the Denver Broncos and San Antonio Spurs and is a March Madness enthusiast. Colleen Davies is a seasoned educator with over 20 years of experience, holding a Bachelor’s of Education from the University of Montana and a Master’s in Curriculum and Instruction with a focus on adolescent literacy from the University of Texas at Arlington. Founder, Tami Bebee-Schwartz,, inspired by her educational hero Dr. Molly Blakely (now Superintendent of Missoula Hellgate Schools), embarked on this journey while living in Billings, Montana. Tami Bebee-Schwartz's initial vision took flight with a partnership at Afton Elementary School in Afton, Wyoming, a K-3 school.
