Our Mission

At Instructional Intensity, Inc., our mission is to foster a dynamic partnership with educators and administrators to maximize student growth and unlock their full potential. We are dedicated to cultivating confident readers, writers, and mathematicians who are equipped with the skills and mindset for lifelong success. Through targeted professional development and coaching, collaborative innovation, and unwavering commitment, we aim to empower every educator and learner to thrive academically and beyond.

Our History

The story of Instructional Intensity Inc begins with a deep-rooted passion for literacy and a desire to empower every student to become a confident reader and writer. Founder, Tami Bebee-Schwartz,, inspired by her educational hero Dr. Molly Blakely (now Superintendent of Missoula Hellgate Schools), embarked on this journey while living in Billings, Montana. Driven by a personal connection to the challenges of dyslexia, witnessed firsthand within her family, Tami understood the profound impact literacy can have on an individual's life.

Tami Bebee-Schwartz's initial vision took flight with a partnership at Afton Elementary School in Afton, Wyoming, a K-3 school. Working closely with this dedicated team of educators, Instructional Intensity Inc., helped contribute to their impressive achievements in third-grade WYTOPP scores, consistently ranking among the top in the state. Two decades later, this partnership remains a testament to the long-term, sustainable impact of the company's approach.

Over the years, Instructional Intensity LLC has grown organically, driven by the needs of the schools and districts it serves. Tami’s extensive national travels and experiences working with diverse student populations have enriched the company's expertise. Rather than focusing on expansion for expansion's sake, the focus has always been on building strong relationships with schools. As new partnerships blossom and the need for specialized expertise arises, Tami Bebee-Schwartz carefully invites top-tier educators to join the team, ensuring the highest quality of service and support.

This journey has been filled with valuable lessons, highlighting the powerful ripple effect of support. Tami has witnessed firsthand how supporting educators leads to student growth, and how supporting students cultivates confidence, pride, and a genuine love of learning. Looking towards the future, Instructional Intensity Inc remains committed to its organic growth model, driven by the needs of its partners and a steadfast dedication to empowering every student to reach their full literacy potential.

Core Values

At Instructional Intensity Inc, we are driven by a core commitment to fostering confidence, igniting a passion for literacy and math, and empowering students to apply their learning in practical, real-world contexts. We believe that education should be transformative, equipping students with the skills and confidence they need to thrive academically and navigate life's challenges with resilience and enthusiasm. Our ultimate goal is to see every student embrace their full potential and embark on a lifelong journey of learning.

Still have questions?

We're here to help!

We have had the unique opportunity to work with Wendy for the past three years. I can speak to many levels of her professionalism and craft and none will do justice.

  1. Wendy is, as expected, knowledgeable.
  2. Wendy is, as expected, professional.
  3. Wendy does, as expected, deliver.

What Wendy has done for our school, which is rare, (I have to believe), is that she has invested in US! She has worked with US, struggled with US, and provided an example of a workplace that can allow struggles to become successes. Wendy has a passion for making a difference. And that passion resonates with those she works with. While some staff may not want to hear what she she has to say, NONE can argue against what she brings. Becoming better at our craft requires inner reflection. And Wendy challenges us all to do that… even without saying it.
